Krista Pellegrino

(she/her)
MS
Licensed Associate Counselor

As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and develop tools for lasting change. My clinical focus centers on the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. I am dedicated to helping individuals reduce distressing symptoms, develop effective coping strategies, and improve overall functioning through evidence-based interventions.

I take a holistic and individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone. I believe in tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and build the tools necessary for meaningful change. My goal is to help each person move toward greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.

I completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University, where I also earned my bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health Sciences with an emphasis on childhood disorders and trauma. I am receiving direct clinical supervision from AZBBHE approved Virginia Kuhn, M.A., LPC and Diana Canfield, M.S., LPC.
