Licensed Professional Counselor
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma, anxiety, perinatal mental health, and supporting individuals navigating life transitions. My goal is to help clients feel empowered by offering an atmosphere where they can authentically be themselves, free from judgment. I view therapy as a collaborative experience in which clients walk alongside their counselor throughout their healing journey. I strive to provide an empathic, grounded space where individuals can process painful experiences and emotions and begin to heal.
I believe in using tailored, evidence-based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. I integrate modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic principles to help clients work through their struggles, reconnect with their authentic selves, and enhance their overall well-being. My hope is to support you on your journey of self-reflection, growth, and healing.
In my personal life, I enjoy baking, reading, traveling, running, spending time outdoors, and being with my family.
I offer telehealth sessions to clients located in Arizona and am an AZBBHE-approved clinical supervisor. I graduated from Northwestern University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
