MSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, and I strive to create a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. As a bilingual therapist (fluent in Korean), I am especially mindful of cultural context, identity, and the complexities that can come with navigating multiple worlds.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree from ASU and a PhD in Communication from Rutgers University. I draw from approaches such as CBT, EFT, EMDR, ACT, Trauma-informed care, IFS, expressive art interventions, sandplay therapy, DBT, harm reduction, and the Gottman Method (Level 2), tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs and goals.
