Life’s unpredictability can be overwhelming—grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression often leave us feeling disconnected and uncertain. Taking the first step toward healing is courageous, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you rediscover balance, peace, and self-awareness.
I specialize in trauma therapy, grief counseling, OCD treatment, anxiety and stress management, and depression support. My work blends evidence-based approaches with mind-body awareness, somatic practices, and mindfulness techniques to help you reconnect with yourself and feel more grounded in daily life.
I believe therapy should feel both safe and transformative—a place where you can show up fully as yourself. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your struggles, strengthen your resilience, and uncover the tools you already have within you to create lasting change.
My passion for the mind-body connection continues to guide my practice. I integrate neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and intuitive awareness to help clients heal from the inside out. Whether you’re processing loss, managing intrusive thoughts, or rebuilding after a major life transition, we’ll work collaboratively to move you toward clarity and confidence.
You are the expert on your own story. My role is to help you access your inner strength, rediscover purpose, and find peace within the uncertainty. Healing isn’t linear—but it is possible, and you don’t have to walk that road alone
I receive direct clinical supervision from AZBBHE approved Virginia Kuhn, M.A., LPC., and Diana Canfield, M.S., LPC.
