Ronit Rogov-Malinovitz
(she/her)
Pre-licensed Counselor
I believe nothing in life is a coincidence. The challenges we face shape us, reveal our strengths, and help us understand ourselves better. This perspective has guided me my entire life and shaped my approach to therapy, where I support clients in enhancing their self-awareness, building resilience, and achieving meaningful change.
I work with people of all ages and abilities, with a focus on children, teens, and families. My approach blends psychodynamic insight with creative tools like art, play, and bibliotherapy. I draw from child-centered play therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, attachment and family systems work to create a space where clients, especially children, feel safe, seen, and supported.
My clinical training combines theory with hands-on experience. I hold an MA from the New York Graduate School of Psychoanalysis and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Brandeis University. I have spent over 20 years in education and early childhood development. I am fluent in both English and Hebrew and have experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I am currently completing my clinical internship at Grand Canyon University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program with focus on child and adolescent disorders. As a pre-licensed counselor, I am receiving direct clinical supervision from AZBBHE approved Virginia Kuhn, M.A., LPC, and Diana Canfield, M.S., LPC.
