Gwen Riccobene

(she/her)
Pre-licensed Counselor

I hope to provide support and help guide clients through whatever life challenges they may be facing. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a life transition, healing from trauma, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself or in your relationships, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.

I take a holistic, person-centered approach that is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based practices, like ACT, mindfulness, and CBT. I believe everyone is unique, which is why I approach each client with openness, curiosity, and a tailored approach to meet their specific needs. Ultimately, you are the expert of your own life and I hope to assist you in your healing journey.

Taking the first step can feel hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. I believe therapy should feel empowering, and my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner resilience and make meaningful, lasting change.

I graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in psychology and a minor in family and human development. I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the CACREP-accredited online counseling program at The Family Institute at Northwestern University. As a pre-licensed counselor, I am receiving direct clinical supervision from AZBBHE approved Virginia Kuhn, M.A., LPC and Diana Canfield, M.S., LPC.
