Diana Canfield

(she/her)
Clinical Director
MS Counseling
Licensed Professional Counselor

I am deeply committed to helping individuals recognize and access their innate capacity for resilience, growth, and healing. I believe that even in the midst of profound challenges and unresolved trauma, there is strength within each person waiting to be reclaimed. My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and respect. I strive to create a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to show up fully as themselves. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they pursue healing, balance, and meaningful change.

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring both clinical expertise and cultural humility to my work. I am dedicated to providing high-quality, affirming care to marginalized communities. My practice is allied and informed in serving BIPOC, neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I have worked with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and intentionally cultivate a therapeutic space where diversity, equity, and inclusion are not only respected but celebrated.

I specialize in trauma treatment and integrate evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Animal-Assisted Therapy. My work is tailored to each client’s unique needs, supporting deep healing while honoring the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
